What's included in the Rental
Rental unit comes with mattress covers, fill hose, dump hose and wheel chocks.
Additional items can be added at the time of booking.
Renter Responsibilities
Renter responsible for ensuring the tow vehicle is properly equipped to tow the trailer. This includes having a brake controller and working trailer connector. The renter must return the unit in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup. Additional cleaning fees apply if unit is not returned clean.
No off highway use.
No smoking in any unit.
No pets in unit unless applied for at booking.
The renter is responsible for damage to the trailer. Insurance only covers collision. It will not cover negligence. Damage to awning is not covered by insurance.
Pickup and Dropoff
Pickup is after 1:00 P.M. Exact time to be arranged prior to pickup date. Please allow approximately 30 minutes for hookup and trailer orientation.
Drop off is prior to 11:00 A.M. Exact time to be arranged prior to drop off.
Rental Requirements
Minimum 3 night booking required.
Minimum 7 night booking required for long weekends (unless booking within 14 days of rental).
Longer term rental discounts available. Please contact for pricing.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required prior to pickup. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days of return.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled up to 90 days before pickup
50% refund up to 14 days before pickup,
No refund if booking is cancelled within 14 days of pickup.
